Online Coaching

1-on-1 Training

    THE PLAN THAT SUITS YOU

    Cristian Castaño offers two powerful 8-week training programs built to transform both your body and your mindset. Each one is designed with structure, intensity, and progression in mind – no fluff, no wasted effort, just proven systems to help you get results.

    The first program, available on TrainHeroic, is focused on building lean, functional muscle. Over the course of eight weeks, you’ll train every major muscle group twice a week. No workout is repeated more than twice, keeping you engaged and avoiding physical plateaus. Each session includes video demonstrations, with routines that can be done both at the gym or at home, making it highly accessible.

    The second program, hosted on Solin, is targeted toward fat loss and body recomposition. It delivers daily workouts alongside nutritional guidance, mindset coaching, and access to a supportive fitness community. This plan is designed for those who are ready to burn fat, sculpt definition, and stay consistent through structure and accountability.
